Colin Road was a personal build — a workshop with a suite above, set on five acres overlooking the mountains. Designed in the spirit of West Coast modernism, it balanced a builder’s budget with a commitment to performance and craft. Every detail was intentional — standard materials used thoughtfully, resulting in a small but confident structure built to last in the northern climate.
