“Work in Progress” or simply, “WIP” exists because of a small vendetta against the idea that only the final, polished shots matter. The real story of a project lives in the unfinished stages, where the effort is honest, the work is demanding, and the people behind it show their skill in every cut, lift, and decision. These photos come from those in between moments on the jobsite, when the building is still finding its shape and the team is giving it everything they have. This is the part of construction I care about most, and it deserves to be seen and honored for the people who make the work possible.
